Residential properties shot for Realtors or home owners are shot at two flat rates, determined by listing price, and limited to Houston and it's surrounding counties.

2011 rates: Homes listed at less than $800K are shot at $250, homes listed at $800k or more are shot at $350. A photographic virtual tour is optional for an additional $25.
